CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to oversee projects and initiatives in support of the Alameda Housing Authority (AHA)’s affordable housing developments to be hired at the Construction Project Manager level, depending on qualifications. This may include rehabilitation of properties, re-use and updating of Authority facilities, and administration of financing/funding for projects that are funded through a variety of private, federal, state and local sources.
