The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) is seeking a motivated and analytical Administrative Analyst to support high-impact housing programs serving communities across Alameda County. This professional-level role performs complex administrative, analytical, and technical work supporting agency operations, policy development, data analysis, grants, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively in a mission-driven public agency focused on expanding access to affordable housing.

Qualifications: A combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities. A typical path is completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, public policy, business administration, economics or a related field;
and
Two (2) or more years of professional administrative and/or management experience working with public agencies, or other related industry, involving program and organizational analysis and administration.
