SA Housing Authority Plans 215-Unit Apartment Complex in Lavaca Neighborhood

The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) and a private development partner will build a $45 million, 215-unit, mixed-income apartment community known as 100 Labor Street in San Antonio’s Lavaca neighborhood. Twenty percent of the units in the new community, expected to open in early 2020, will be reserved as affordable housing for low-income residents.

CHA Makes Deal with the City of Cambridge, Securing City Funding for Mills River Redevelopment Project

The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) made a mutually beneficial deal with the City of Cambridge that secures city funding for CHA’s Mills River Redevelopment Project, which involves the demolition and reconstruction of a community center as well as the renovation and creation of permanent affordability restrictions for 15 housing units.
